Federal appeals court upholds Oklahoma race and gender education law

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit ruled for the State of Oklahoma, striking down a lower-court order that blocked part of a House bill restricting how public schools teach Oklahoma students about race and gender.
