OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma Mayor David Holt and Mayor Karen Bass are releasing the latest progress report ahead of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games including signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The MOU focuses on the inclusion, innovation, and coordination as both mayors commit to delivering incredible experiences for residents, fans, and athletes.
Los Angeles is the host city for the 2028 Olympic Games, and Oklahoma City will host softball and canoe slalom at existing world-class venues.
The 2028 Games are dubbed to have the best venues in the world showcasing athletic achievement with athletes from around the world competing in a wide array of sports.
