Maria Bartiromo, a longtime Fox Business anchor who is close with President Donald Trump, is leaving Fox News Media after more than 12 years, the company announced Thursday.
“Effective today, Maria Bartiromo is no longer with FOX News Media,” the company said in a statement. “In making the announcement, FOX News Media said, ‘We thank Maria for her work over the last 12 ½ years and wish her all the best on her next chapter.’”
It’s unclear what prompted Bartiromo’s departure.
