enate Bill 1636 is in memory of Cheryl Ginzer and Lisa Pennington, two sisters who vanished while leaving the state fair in 1987. Today, Governor Kevin Stitt signed that Bill enabling families the right to request a formal case review by new investigators in a cold case.
