EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) — New information has been released regarding a 22-year-old Edmond man arrested and accused of pretending to be a teen to receive nude pictures and videos from a minor.

According to officials, on Tuesday, September 23, detectives with the Edmond Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) arrested 22-year-old Teagen LeBlanc in Stillwater with assistance from the Stillwater Police Department and the Payne County Sheriff’s Office.

An investigation was conducted into LeBlanc after he allegedly impersonated a young juvenile to receive nude images and videos from minors on the app, Snapchat.

News 4 learned on Monday that, according to court documents, the victim involved in the case is just 12 years old; police say LeBlanc told her he was 15 years old. The two met on the app and would text and FaceTime after exchanging phone numbers.

The victim told investigators that she felt pressured into sending him inappropriate photos and videos of herself.

Court documents go on to say that investigators found around 200 photos and videos of the girl on LeBlanc’s phone.

He was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center and faces charges of one count of aggravated possession of child sexual abuse material, seven counts of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor, and one count of violation of the Computer Crimes Act.

News 4 reached out to LeBlanc’s attorney again on Monday regarding the arrest.

We are reviewing the most recent documents and will issue a statement when appropriate. We would continue to ask for my client’s and his family’s privacy to be respected.
