Judge sides with investors ruling Lookout Kitchen deal was “procured through fraud”

The former operator of Lookout Kitchen is facing multiple lawsuits and an Oklahoma County judge has sided with investors who say they’re owed nearly one million dollars after a deal with the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department went south.
